Our 14-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

From the day your order arrives, you have 14 days to experience the comfort and quality of Sleep Treat Co. products in your own home. If they don’t meet your expectations, simply let us know within this period and you may return them for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at support@sleeptreatco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Package your item carefully to ensure it arrives in its original condition.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, we’ll dispatch your replacement item as soon as your return has been processed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a swift replacement at no cost to you.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns under the 14-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, the customer is responsible for return postage.
